I had the fun of being at a wheelchair rugby game with my camera and 70 – 300 lens. I was hopeful of getting some great action shots if I could manage the environment. I opted for shutter speed priority on my camera so I could concentrate on freezing the action. I played with the shutter speeds of around 1/1000 of a second. This pushed my ISO up to my pre-set max of 6400 as the session was indoors. Unable to utilise flash I played with exposure compensation to increase the light on the subjects.
I am happy with the scenes I managed to capture but underwhelmed by the sharpness and still the brightness of the images.
